You can create and provision a service model in three two different ways: 3.1 Creating a Profile and Service Model Using the Model Builder,  2.4.2 Creating a Profile and Provisioning via the Web UI (deprecated), 3.2 or Creating a Profile and Provisioning via REST. 

To deploy the new service model, all KPI Management workflows need to be restarted.
