SAP CC agents will only work with SAP CC JVM using TLSv1.3 (e.g.: version 2023) or newer when secured connection/TLS is enabled. Please check with SAP on steps to configure SAP CC JVM TLS version.

SAP CC agents can work with earlier versions of SAP CC when not having secured connection/TLS configured.Update : SAP CC team have announced the following on official support for SAP CC versions

• For SAP CC 2023 or newer, please use Java 17 based clients such as MZ 9.x
• For SAP CC 2022 or earlier, please use Java 8 based clients such as MZ 8.3.x
