In Before proceeding with this step you are asked to provide ensure that you have configured the path to the file ngdbc.jar (SAP HANA JDBC driver) on the install.sap.jdbc.driverdir property in the install.xml. This JDBC driver is not included in the release , but should be provided by your SAP contact.
