Note!If you are upgrading from 8.x and using Oracle as system database, you need to use Oracle 19c (19.20.0.0) JDBC drivers (ojdbc8.jar/ojdbc10.jar ). Currently the Oracle Database JDBC drivers 21c and 23c are not supported. Using ojdbc8.jar/ojdbc11.jar from Oracle Database JDBC 21c or 23c will cause upgrade errors.
