  1. To create a new workflow configuration, click the New Configuration button in the upper left part of the Desktop the Image Added Desktop window, and then select  Workflow from the menu.
     

  2. From the new workflow dialog, select workflow type Batch or RealTime.
     

  3. From the button panel, click Workflow Properties to open the Workflow Properties dialog.
     

  4. On the Workflow Table tab, select the Per Workflow or Default check boxes for the fields that you want to display as columns in the workflow table.
     

  5. Select Enable External Reference, and click Browse to enter your External Reference profile. 
     

  6. Click OK. You have now enabled the access to external references for selected workflow table fields.
