To publish metrics using the Prometheus forwarding agent, create a Prometheus UDR and send it to the agent. For further information on the Prometheus UDR, see 9.5859.2 Prometheus UDR Type.
Each UDR results in one cached metric, to be scraped by a Prometheus instance. In case the cache becomes full, the oldest metric is removed when a new one arrives.
