SettingDescription

Profile

Select the Aggregation profile that corresponds to the data of interest.

Timeout Period

If you select this check box you can select a timeout period from which you want to display data. You can either select the User Defined option in the drop-down list and then enter date and time in the From and To fields, or you can select one of the predefined time intervals in the drop-down list; Last Hour, TodayYesterdayThis WeekPrevious WeekLast 7 DaysThis Month or Previous Month.

UDR ViewAllows a more detailed view of the UDRs in the session list. For further information about UDR Views, see the /wiki/spaces/MD82/pages/3781411.

Search Handling

Disable Read Only if content of the sessions need to be altered. Exclusive access to the repository is required to alter the sessions, meaning that if a currently running workflow is using the selected profile, the workflow needs to be stopped to be able to get exclusive access.

Disable Limit results if you want to fetch all sessions in the session index. This can be time and memory consuming. Change Limit results to get fewer/more results. The total number of results is briefly shown in the status bar of the search result dialog.

Table Toolbar

The table toolbar for the Aggregation Session Inspector presents the users with more options to manipulate the session data within the table. The following are the buttons found on the bar:

RefreshRefreshes the table.

Validate Storage

When you select the Validate Storage button, after performing a search, all the aggregation storage session files are validated. This is done by attempting to read the session data to establish what can and cannot be read. If the storage contains references to corrupt sessions, an option to remove them is given.

Delete AllDeletes all sessions.
With one session selected
Edit Timeout

You can modify the session timeout value here. Changing the value to any time before the current time will have the session timeout during the next execution cycle on its corresponding workflow.

Explore Session

Displays a new dialog where the session variables may be viewed and if Read Only was disabled in the Search Session dialog, the session variables may be edited as well. An example of a UDR Viewer dialog:
