SAP CC agents will only work with SAP CC JVM using TLSv1.3 (e.g.: version 2023) or newer when secured connection/TLS is enabled. Please check with SAP on steps to configure SAP CC JVM TLS versionWhen secured connection/TLS is enabled,

• SAP CC 2023 or newer versions which uses Java 17 is supported.

• SAP CC 2022 and earlier versions which uses Java 8 are not supported. They are not compatible with Java 17's TLS features.

SAP CC agents can work with earlier versions of SAP CC when not having secured connection/TLS configured.
