When the Usage Metering Solution solution has been designed as described in Designing a Usage Metering Solution and is being executed on regular basis. You may want to inspect your meters using Meter Inspector to ensure that the Meter processor is aggregating the usage as scheduled, or that the meters are updated for specific meter types. You may also use Meter Search to view a specific customer’s usage balance to answer any question that your customer may have about their usage.
