SAP CC agents will only work with SAP CC JVM using TLSv1.3 (e.g.: version 2023) or newer when using secured connection/TLS . This is due to Java 17 compatibilityis enabled. Please check with SAP on steps to configure SAP CC JVM TLS version.

SAP CC agents can work with earlier versions of SAP CC when not having secured connection/TLS configured.
