Avro Encoding and Decoding

A new buildbuilt-in Decoder decoder and Encoder encoder have been added for supporting decoding and encoding messages binary encoded with Avro Schema. The schema used can be downloaded from an external Schema Registry without a the need to write an ultra definition in the MediationZone. See Decoder Agent Configuration or Encoder Agent for decoder or encoder-specific information.
