1. Stop all KPI Management workflows that will use the service model.
   
   
2. Kill Spark applications and associated drivers that will use the service model. For further information about the Spark UI, see COPY OF 834 4.7.3 Killing a Spark Application.
   
   

3. Remove the checkpoint directory. The default path is SPARK_HOME/spark-checkpoint-dir.

4. Submit the Spark application. For further information, see COPY OF 8344.7.2 Submitting a Spark Application.
   
   
5. Start the KPI Management workflows that will use the service model.
